1. Governance structure

Digital transformation programs are governed by the Common Digital Strategy Board, which sets direction for technology initiatives, reviews program status, and approves major initiatives before they proceed. No enterprise-wide platform or process change is undertaken without Board review.

2. Data privacy compliance

Fistreet Systems adheres to applicable data privacy laws in every jurisdiction it operates in. Internal policies and platform design are aligned with Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP) principles and, where relevant, ISO information security principles — governing how personal and enterprise data is collected, processed, and retained.

3. IT audits, risk assessment & penetration testing

Regular IT audits, risk assessments, and penetration tests are performed against our systems and delivery infrastructure to identify and remediate vulnerabilities before they become incidents.

4. Delivery methodology

Implementation and platform delivery follow Agile/DevOps methodologies — iterative delivery, continuous integration, and staged rollout — rather than single, high-risk go-live events.

5. Identity and Access Management (IAM)

Access to enterprise systems, client data, and internal infrastructure is governed by Identity and Access Management controls: role-based access, credential management, and access review, so that data is only reachable by personnel whose role requires it.

6. Digital literacy

Digital literacy workshops are mandatory for all staff, ensuring that governance and security practices are understood and followed at every level of delivery, not only by technical teams.

7. Policy review

This policy is reviewed by the Common Digital Strategy Board every 12 months and updated to reflect changes in regulation, technology, and operational practice.
