Vendor Policy

1. Vendor onboarding

Vendors and suppliers engaged by Fistreet Systems undergo a due-diligence review before onboarding, covering business legitimacy, relevant experience, and ability to meet agreed service or delivery standards.

2. Code of conduct

Vendors are expected to conduct business ethically and lawfully, in compliance with applicable labour, safety, and commercial regulations. Fistreet Systems reserves the right to terminate a vendor relationship where these standards are not met.

3. Confidentiality

Vendors with access to Fistreet Systems' or its clients' confidential information, data, or systems are required to maintain strict confidentiality, under written agreement where applicable.

4. Invoicing & documentation

Vendors are required to submit accurate invoices and supporting documentation in the format and cycle agreed at engagement.

5. Right to audit

Fistreet Systems reserves the right to review vendor compliance with this policy and any applicable agreement, including documentation and, where relevant, on-site review.

6. Policy review

This policy is reviewed periodically and updated to reflect changes in regulation and operational practice.
