Disclosure
This page sets out important disclosures about CXSuite as a product, about the company behind it, and about how we refer to certifications, trademarks, and other companies on our website. It is written to be read alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Who Operates CXSuite
CXSuite is a product developed, owned, and operated by Fistreet Systems Pvt. Ltd., a private limited company registered in India, headquartered in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, with a branch office in Jaipur, Rajasthan. Fistreet Systems Pvt. Ltd. is the sole developer, designer, and delivery partner responsible for CXSuite — the platform is not licensed from, resold on behalf of, or operated jointly with any other company.
2. Ownership of the Platform
CXSuite's software, user interfaces, documentation, and original product materials are proprietary to Fistreet Systems Pvt. Ltd. unless a specific component is expressly identified as third-party or open-source. This is a statement of ownership and authorship, not a claim of any registered trademark or patent unless one is explicitly identified as such (see Section 5). Data that Customers enter into the platform remains the property of the Customer, as set out in our Master Service Agreement.
3. Product Availability and Trial/Beta Limitations
Some capabilities described on our website represent our current roadmap rather than functionality available in every deployment today. Where we reference a capability that is still in development, we aim to describe it as a roadmap item rather than a standing guarantee. Trial or evaluation access to CXSuite may include reduced functionality, sample data, or time limits, and should not be relied on as a system of record for live business data — see Section 2 of our Program Agreement.
4. Accuracy of Information
We make reasonable efforts to keep statements on this website — including customer counts, industries served, and technical capabilities — accurate and current. Figures such as the number of enterprises using CXSuite are updated periodically and reflect our records at the time of publishing rather than real-time counts. If you notice information that appears outdated or inaccurate, please let us know using our Contact Us form.
5. No Certification, Endorsement, or Partnership Claims
Except where explicitly and specifically stated on this website with supporting detail, Fistreet Systems Pvt. Ltd. does not claim, and this website should not be read as implying:
- Any ISO, SOC, or similar third-party security or quality certification
- Any GDPR or other regulatory "certification" (data-protection laws are not a certification that a vendor can be certified against by simply making the claim)
- Any government approval, accreditation, or licence beyond standard company registration
- Any registered trademark, unless the ® or ™ symbol is used next to a specific mark and a registration is genuinely held
- Any granted patent or registered copyright beyond the automatic copyright that exists in original work under Indian law
- Any formal partnership, reseller, or "authorized/certified partner" status with Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft, Oracle, or any other third-party technology company
Where our website compares CXSuite's capabilities to other enterprise software categories, or references a competitor by name for context, that reference is for informational comparison only and does not imply any affiliation, partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement by that company. Any third-party product or company names mentioned on this website remain the property of their respective owners.
6. Security Disclosures
We maintain security practices appropriate to an enterprise platform, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and periodic security testing, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not publish a blanket uptime/SLA guarantee unless one is documented in a signed Order Form for a specific Customer. If you believe you have found a security issue affecting CXSuite, please report it responsibly via info@fistreet.in rather than through public disclosure, so we can investigate before any details are shared publicly.
7. Third-Party Services
CXSuite deployments may rely on third-party infrastructure and services (for example, cloud hosting and transactional email delivery) to operate. These providers are chosen and managed by Fistreet Systems Pvt. Ltd. and are governed by our agreements with them; their use does not imply that they endorse, certify, or are responsible for CXSuite as a product.
8. Pricing and Feature Changes
Pricing, packaging, and feature availability may change over time as the product evolves. Where a Customer has a signed Order Form, the commercial terms in that Order Form govern for its term, regardless of later changes to publicly listed pricing or packaging.
9. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for evaluating whether CXSuite is suitable for their specific regulatory, industry, or operational requirements before relying on it for critical business processes, and for configuring the platform (including permissions and data-retention settings) appropriately for their organisation.
10. Forward-Looking Statements
Statements on our website about future capabilities, roadmap items, or planned integrations are forward-looking and subject to change without notice. They should not be relied upon as a commitment to deliver specific functionality by a specific date unless that commitment is documented in a signed Order Form.
11. Corrections
If you are a journalist, researcher, competitor, or member of the public and believe any statement on this website is inaccurate or requires correction, we welcome that feedback via our Contact Us form.
