Terms of Service
By accessing or using CXSuite, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the CXSuite platform and website, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Description of Services
CXSuite is an intelligent enterprise operating platform that provides:
- Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) capabilities
- Manufacturing operations and shop-floor intelligence
- Supply chain management and visibility
- Industrial automation and SCADA integration
- IoT device connectivity and edge computing
- Artificial intelligence and business analytics
- Customer relationship and experience management
3. Account Registration and Security
Access to the CXSuite platform requires account credentials provided by CXSuite or your enterprise administrator. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying CXSuite immediately of any unauthorized access
- Ensuring your account information is accurate and up to date
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use CXSuite only for lawful enterprise business purposes. You may not:
- Use the platform to violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the software
- Use the platform to transmit malicious code or interfere with its operation
- Sublicense, sell, or transfer your access rights without prior written consent
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the CXSuite platform, including software, documentation, designs, and trademarks, remain the exclusive property of CXSuite (Fistreet Systems Pvt. Ltd.). Your use of the platform does not grant you any ownership rights.
Your enterprise data entered into the CXSuite platform remains your property. CXSuite will not use your data for purposes other than providing the contracted services.
6. Service Availability
CXSuite commits to a 99.8% platform uptime SLA as specified in your enterprise agreement. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. CXSuite is not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our reasonable control including internet outages, third-party service failures, or force majeure events.
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of CXSuite is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the data practices described in that policy. CXSuite implements enterprise-grade security including SOC 2 Type II compliance and ISO 27001 certification.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CXSuite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you for the services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. CXSuite reserves the right to suspend or terminate access immediately in cases of material breach of these Terms. Upon termination, you may request an export of your enterprise data within 30 days.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
11. Changes to Terms
CXSuite reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days notice of material changes via email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
